Third Ridge Creative was founded in 2025 by longtime friends and fellow moms, Carrie Jordan and Kelsey Sloan. With a shared belief in strategy-led design—and a whole lot of heart and hustle—they set out to build an agency that delivers purposeful, high-impact creative.

The name Third Ridge is a tribute to their roots: Tennessee, where their story began, and the three children they had between them when launching the company. It reflects their foundation, their growth, and their commitment to building something meaningful together.

Carrie brings over 13 years of experience leading marketing strategy, brand development, and digital campaigns for clients across tech, healthcare, SaaS, real estate, and nonprofits. Kelsey brings more than 15 years in visual branding, web and graphic design, and creative direction—crafting work that not only looks great but communicates with clarity and confidence.
